Responsibilities
？ -Identify and explore new business opportunities with potential customers and partners
？ -Develop B2B & B2C partnerships with travel, lifestyle and media companies
？ -Formulate sales strategy for cooperate sales including research & negotiation of new targets
？ -Proactively reach out to prospects by email, phone and visits to conduct selling
？ -Develop customized proposals, pitches and assist with contract negotiations
？ -Responsible for achieving sales target and personal KPIs
？ -Compose marketing collateral and work with marketing team for online partnership campaigns
？ -Managing current partner relationships
？ -Regular interaction with marketing, sales and operation teams

Requirements
？ -3+ years’ experience in experience in sales, partnerships, preferably in a B2B environment
？ -Bachelor degree
？ -Good understanding of branding & communications
？ -Good understanding of digital channels and social media in Greater China
？ -Fluent in English and Chinese, written and oral
？ -Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines
？ -Highly motivated and proactive
？ -Logical thinker with excellent communication skills
？ -Able to travel
？ -Strong research and analytical mind
？ -Skilled in MS Office, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Design
？ -Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism industry experience an advantage
