Overview
The Senior IT & Application Support Technician role is an important administrative role that provides onsite and remote support for voice, data and business applications for Accor Plus business operations and development.
Primary Responsibilities
? Lvl 2~3 support for operations (IT helpdesk & Voice)
? Lvl 1~2 Support within Netsuite Business Application
? Ensure Service desk SLAs are met
? Delivering technical resolutions
? Support Call centre solutions
? Manage IT components for remote office closures and upgrades. Include short term site visits
? Assist with budgeting, purchasing and rollout of Capex devices
Require following technical & core capabilities:
? Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
? Ticketing System Experience
? Virtualization technologies (VMware or others)
? Exposure to Cloud services and Wechat business solutions
? Windows and Linux server administration experience
? Windows workstations support and maintenance
? Significant experience in troubleshooting IT systems
? Proven track record working in a team environment
In addition, following areas is desirable:
● Cloud business solutions systems (Netsuite or others)
● ITIL V3 or KT
● CCNA or CCNP
● MPLS and SD WAN
● IP telephony Call centre
Key Criteria:
● Minimum 5 years working in IT
● 2 years basic experience working on Networks, WAN's and Data Services (Helpdesk background will also be considered beneficial);
● Basic understanding and support methods for the above technologies;
● Understanding of LAN and WAN infrastructures;
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for all things technical and enjoys providing high quality customer service.
