Responsible for adhering to all HSE required safety procedures in performing daily work activities在日常工作中，遵守健康安全环境部门所要求的安全流程

Responsible for adhering to all Quality policies and rules required in performing daily work activities在日常工作中，遵守所有质量方针条例

Responsible of the “Product’s standard” for the products concerned负责相关的产品标准
1.Define, formalize and update the products standard documents (routing card, version of the process work instructions, BOM time..)定义，确立并更新产品标准文件。
2.Able to make critical study of the existing standards对现有的标准，能够做出批判性研究。
3.Make sure that the products standard is compliant with the customer’s requirements, the resources available and the “Quality Assurance Plan” 确保产品标准达到顾客的要求，与有效来源一致，并符合“品质保证计划”。

Responsible of the modifications that have impact on products负责会对产品带来影响的改进
1.Communicate with the customers during the development of the new products, and focus point of the company for all the technical issues of his products在新产品的开发阶段，负责和客户的沟通以及期间的所有技术问题。
2.Pilot new products manufacturing plan and reports主导新产品的制造计划和相关报告。
3.Pilot the modifications industrial validation plans.主导改进的验证计划。
4.Pilot the trials closely with concerned departments of the company to validate modifications that have impact on products.与相关部门紧密合作，对会给产品带来影响的改进进行验证。
5.Work closely with all the departments concerned of the company for the identification of the potential improvements of his products与相关部门紧密合作，确定可对产品做出的潜在改进。

Responsible of the improvement plan of his products to reach the target of quality, cost, manufacturing time负责产品的改进计划以达到质量，成本，制造时间目标
1.Monitor its products quality rate and manage the relevant actions by using solving problems methods监管产品的合格率，并用问题解决方法去管理相关的行动。
2.In a case of a major technical issue put in place and pilot a multidisciplinary workshop group and use quality resolution tools以防重大技术问题出现，形成一支多学科小组并运用质量解决工具。

Report periodically on the global situation of his process scope to his manager定期向经理报告相关工作的整体进度。

Qualification任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in in casting, or mechanical , industrial engineering 本科或以上学历，主修铸造，机械，工业工程等相关专业；

2.With 1 to 5 years related working experience 1-5年相关工作经验；

3.With good command of English良好的英文沟通能力；

Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and 114 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
