职位描述：

1. 负责按控制计划中的测量频次执行测试; Responsible to execute tear-down test according sampling frequency established in control plans;

2. 负责准备测试标准列表; Responsible to prepare the standard data sheets;

3. 按照要求执行设备点检，并且在测试前检测设备，以确保测试结果的真实性; Do the TPM according the requirement and check the equipment before testing to make sure the truth of the result;

4. 测试并记录数据，编制测试报告; Record data as test progresses, and formulate the report;

5. 遵循公司质量体系，及时完成测试任务; Follow the company quality system, timely complete test mission;

6. 在生产过程中或产品审核时，隔离、确认和跟踪不合格品或是在生产过程有偏差的产品; Isolate, identify and track non-conforming product or process deviations found during the process and product audits.

7. 针对工作流程，进行安全、职业健康和环境保护的相关改善工作 To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.

8. 完成主管安排的其它工作 Other work assigned by supervisor.

任职资格：

1. 高中以上学历High School Diploma or above

2. 有3年相关工作经验优先 3 years in related position preferred

3. 良好基础实验室技能，对测量方法理解并且有安全意识; Good basic laboratory skills related to consistent experiment methodology and safety;

4. 有拉伸试验机，硬度仪，和金相知识 General working knowledge of using the tensile, hardness, microscope;

5. 熟练使用计算机和办公软件PC skills including use of Windows Operating systems and MS office applications are required.

贵阳吉利发动机有限公司是吉利集团下属子公司。2017年2月21日，吉利发动机项目在贵阳奠基，总投资约50亿元，将专门生产吉利与沃尔沃共同开发的1.5TD涡轮增压发动机，达产后将形成年产40万台发动机的生产能力，计划在2019年6月投产。其生产线包含机加工、装配、热磨合等，配以管理中心和测试技术中心等辅助设施。将达产后年产40万台发动机，产值预计超过54亿元，直接提供就业岗位1200个。此次项目的发动机将是吉利未来几年推出的3.0时代产品的核心动力，逐步替换吉利集团现有的1.5L（4G15）、1.8L（4G18）、1.8T、2.0L、2.4L发动机，包括全新品牌LYNK&CO、沃尔沃的国产车型也将以此为动力。吉利发动机项目也是贵州省目前的乘用车生产项目，填补了贵州省轿车制造的空白。
