RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage the production team to achieve safety, delivery, productivity, inventory targets
2.Manage the WIP in Progress and reach the Production plan set by supply Chain
3.Deal with day to day operational problems including productivity, people, quality issues, 5S etc. track the root cause, and make preventive actions to avoid similar issues in future
4.Act as the change leader, and continuously drive the productivity improvement through Lean initiatives
5.Actively participate the problem solving process, and continuously drive quality improvement.
6.Coordinate with cross-functional groups, such as Process, Quality and Maintenon departments on daily operation issues, and drive the results
7.Coach shift leaders and follow performance management including growing team competence
8.Additional tasks from direct management


EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Good English language skills
3. Good knowledge and understanding of MRPII and EPR system
4. Good verbal and written communication skills, based on data and fact
5. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
6. Capacity to analyze and to synthesize, problems solving
7. Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel,)

Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang Co. Ltd., is a joint-venture created between Safran Aircraft Engines, a major entity of the French group SAFRAN and Guizhou Liyang Aerospace Power Co. Ltd. in 2006 with a registered capital of $ 9 million.

Located in Guiyang (Guizhou province), in the heart of the Jinyang Science and Technology Industrial Park and Guiyang High-Tech Industry Development Zone, the plant covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and 114 staff work at Safran Aircraft Engines Guiyang. It is a casting facility and it produces low-pressure turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes and low-pressure turbine seals for CFM56 and LEAP aircraft engines, also known as "the most successful engines in commercial aviation history".
