Marketing Manager - Greater China
Job Title: Marketing Manager - Greater China
Location: Greater China Regional Office, Shanghai

Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and evaluating strategic marketing initiatives that drives member’s loyalty to Accor Plus program. He/she is the key liaison with internal channels throughout the development of the program with all Accor hotels in China. This role will also involve online/offline communication to current and potential members, as well as event organisation to optimize member’s experience and improve the member acquisition & retention process.

Responsibilities
Internal Communication
？ -Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with internal resources to coordinate delivery for effective Accor Plus loyalty program and promotional campaigns that are consistent with Accor branding while increasing the overall hotel revenue
？ -Build up the hotel acquisition program within Accor hotels channels to generate both new and potential members to the Accor Plus program.
？ -Maintain high levels of communication with Accor hotels and Accor Plus teams
？ -Support the launch of new products and services and work closely with the China Accor hotels to introduce them to customers
？ -Encourage hotels to provide more creative offers to ensure positive member experience and thus increasing business to both Accor Plus and Accor hotels.
？ -Design and execute events and optimizing the member’s experience
？ -Produce marketing collaterals which meet the brand standards
External Communication
？ -Improve member communications via online/offline marketing channels
？ -Upload offers and promotions to the Accor Plus China website
？ -Design and send monthly EDM communications to Accor Plus members
？ -Manage weekly social post on WeChat with the operational support from the social copywriter
？ -Develop content strategy and run small engagement campaigns together with the digital team

Requirements
？ -Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM, marketing & communications
？ -Bachelor degree /qualification in Marketing preferred
？ -Experience developing and executing strategies to grow loyalty
？ -Strong project management experience and communication skills
？ -Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
？ -Online and offline Marketing background
？ -Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
？ -Skilled in MS Office, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Adobe Design
