Position Summary:
Play a key role on supporting HR Manager of the developing and implementing kinds of human resources programs, this role will focus on recruitment function in overall China, to use matrix on improve the effectiveness on recruitment performances

Report to: China HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1) Support HRM on managing China recruitment functions, includes expansion of current recruitment channels, implement matrix on better improve recruitment activities like hiring lead time, hiring cost per hire, turnover rate for new hires, etc.
2) Support HRM on extending more recruitment channels for QUANT to better support QUQANT future development; and support HRM on implementing QUANT China Internal Referral Programs;
3) Support HRM on reviewing & improving the QUANT process & procedures, includes but not limited on onboarding, off-boarding, employee changes/transfer/promotion, employee personal filing, etc.
4) Support HRM on managing third party companies to better evaluate the services levels;
5) Support HRM on conducing the annual HC planning to better prepare the recruitment activities in advance;
6) Support HRM on making sure the company policy & procedure compliance with China labor law, including the support both from internal & external audit;
7) Play as the business partner interfacing Rizhao & Chongqing Sites, mostly focusing on employees to the area managers level to provide HR solutions & suggestions & answers on any queries from Sites;
8) Other works / programs assigned by HR manager;

Requirements:
1) University degree
2) 5 years experience of recruitment related to manufacturing;
3) Good communication skills; Proactively & accountable, willing to learn and could work under high pressure;
