1. To maintain service, standards and procedures for the outlet and to ensure that they are achieved and followed
2. To rotate and schedule all the outlet staff in order to provide full coverage for efficient and to maximize productivity.
3. To maintain an effective orientation programme for all new staff and to constantly re-train old staff to maintain the specified standard of service required.
4. To motivate, educate, develop staff on a continuous basis overall maximum efficiency.
5. To minimize guest complaints, but if they should occur, to take remedial action immediately.
6. To ensure all guest are served promptly.
7. To meet and greet all the Guests of the outlets as much as possible.
8. To Meet and greets the Host or Organiser of an event and ensure all the guests request are fulfilled.
9. To Notify the F & B Management on any Disturbing behavior of guests or any guests causing trouble to the other patrons.
10. To check on the mise-en-place daily.
11. To ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
12. To stress the importance of personal cleanliness, neatness, grooming and that staff do not deviate from their prescribed uniform standard.
13. To be constantly searching for ways and means to improve the smooth operation of their outlet.
14. To liase with fellow management on quality and cost control of food and beverage items.
15. To Periodically sent a proper statistics report of the promotions of the particular outlet to the F & B Management
16. Promote good employee and public relations. Support staff decisions relative to customer satisfaction.
17. To ensure the food and beverage service are of the highest quality to give to our guest a good impression of their outlet.

This four-storey hotel combines local Oriental influences with Thai-style design and was developed by Shenzhen Yitian Group Co., Ltd. as part of the exciting Yitian West Street development.
In addition to launching the first Amari hotel in China, ONYX Hospitality Group is also proud to introduce Amaya Food Gallery, the hotel’s restaurant, which will also make its debut in the country. Being an Amari brand concept inspired by the well-loved street food markets of Asia, the 360-square-metre Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining venue located within Amari Yangshuo. The Gallery was designed using rich colours and vibrant textures to present food choices from across Asia with interactive open kitchens that will take guests on a journey of gourmet discovery.
