Main Duties & Responsibilities
主要职责
？ Ensures that house rules are followed and obeyed.
确保物业的各项规章制度得以遵守执行。
？ Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinates.
确保所属下级员工按照值班表要求按时出勤。
？ Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are being observed doing spot checks in the morning.
晨检时应确保部门员工遵守仪容仪表规定。
？ Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
确保工程部门员工遵守颁布的工程工作程序和标准。
？ Responsible to issues warnings to his subordinates for infringements of Property Rules and Regulations.
对违反物业规定要求的下级员工提出警告。
？ Supports and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs.
支持并制定降低能源运营成本及改进措施计划。
？ Analyses and monitors energy costs and expenditures for the department.
分析并监督部门的能源成本及费用支出。
？ Maintains an equipment and machinery record system for the property.
坚持执行一套物业机械设备的登记系统。
？ Recommends to the Department Manager on new policies and procedures for a more economical operation and maintenance program.

？ Interacts and cooperates with Property guests and outside contractors as directed by his superior.

？ Interacts and cooperates with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.

？ Assist with the implementation of the property’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system.

This four-storey hotel combines local Oriental influences with Thai-style design and was developed by Shenzhen Yitian Group Co., Ltd. as part of the exciting Yitian West Street development.
In addition to launching the first Amari hotel in China, ONYX Hospitality Group is also proud to introduce Amaya Food Gallery, the hotel’s restaurant, which will also make its debut in the country. Being an Amari brand concept inspired by the well-loved street food markets of Asia, the 360-square-metre Amaya Food Gallery is an all-day dining venue located within Amari Yangshuo. The Gallery was designed using rich colours and vibrant textures to present food choices from across Asia with interactive open kitchens that will take guests on a journey of gourmet discovery.
