Job Overview:

Manage the Full Service maintenance activities in a designated project / contract to ensure, in compliance with Quant’s guidelines and procedures, the effective and efficient delivery of the maintenance activities and beyond customer’s expectations; manage the Maintenance function as a profitable Full Service business according to predefined budget and KPIs of the project.

Key Challenges:

1. Ensure all Full Service activities according to predefined budget;
2. Ensure a safe work environment and compliance to all OHS&E regulations and standards; 
3. Develop & maintain a safe and rewarding work environment;
4. Change culture to improve effective / efficient operation;
5. Establish and maintain quality maintenance practices and quality systems;
6. Responsible for subcontractor framework contracts;
7. Controlling of maintenance business results;
8. Ensuring service delivery to customers is in line with corporate strategy;

Key Result Area & Major Activities

1. Responsibility for the implementation of the safety and environmental management;
2. Develop and train team members in safety practices, as identified by Performance Services Area Manger requirements;
3. Attend and facilitate safety meetings, as directed;
4. Carry out internal audits as per audit planning process or by relevant programs and management direction;
5. Maintain and assist with QUANT Employer Licence requirements;
6. Manage excellent customer relations;
7. Proactively initiate and drive change, e.g. people, processes and systems within the team and sub-contractors;
8. Maintain and promote team spirit and work within the team and sub-contractors to achieve QUANT objectives;
9. Manage all required resources for maintenance and projects;
10. Ensure effective implementation of the Maintenance Management Master Plan;
11. Preparation of annual maintenance budgets and ongoing management of the budget;
12. Control Maintenance business;
13. Update key performance Indicators (KPI’s) and benchmark against internal / external standards;
14. Build the spirit and performance of the team and actively develop people to serve QUANT’s needs;
15. Prepare monthly meeting presentations, present and discuss with the customer the result of activities;
16. Manage HR and employee issues for the team;
17. Manage QUANT business on site.
