Job Title: Product Administrator 职位：产品助理

Main Tasks/主要任务：
Responsible for MBOM management and maintenance
负责BOM的管理及维护
Secure that all Products that are planned and build in the plant, have a correct material structure.
保证公司所有产品在正确的产品结构下生产
Make sure all new product samples are prepare on time in a right quality to HQ.
保证总部要求的所有新样品准时并合格的出样。
Analyze and structure check of the BOM for the plant
分析并检查工厂所有产品的产品资料和物料清单
Monitor the daily changes in the BOM
管理每日的物料清单更新
Take corrective actions: internally by adapting the local BOM, and externally by giving feedback to HQ relevant departments.
采取必要的改正措施：内部体现在系统BOM中，外部体现在与总部相关部门的沟通协调中。
Provide information on structure changes to several dept in the plant, when requested.
必要时提供相关产品信息给公司相关部门
Communicate with head quarter when there comes a new order about new products to get sufficient information about product data.
与总部协调沟通关于新产品新订单的产品资料信息
Handle different issues with respect to the building information system.
处理系统中责任模块的相关问题
Initiate corrective actions when needed
当公司需要时主动采取改善措施

Responsibility
Report to the Supply Chain Manager within the local S.C. department
直接向公司供应链经理汇报
Secure that the main tasks listed above are fulfilled according to the agreed deliverables
保证所有职责范围内的工作按时按量完成

Competence Requirements 入职要求
1.Bachelor degree, or equal by experience 大专以上学历或者有相关经验者优先
2.Knowledges of ERP systems. ERP系统操作相关经验
3.Language skills : fluent in English，English writing is a compulsory requirement
英语流利，英语读写为基本要求
4.Personell skills: structured, pro active and communicative skills
个人能力：有组织性，主观能动性和沟通技巧
5. MS office is a basic requirement. 微软office 操作系统是基本要求
