Quality Manager
Job Description
1.Establish general quality systems as guidelines for all departments in the site.
2.Define training programs for the QA engineering area in order to detect, solve and prevent problems on the production processes.
3.Establish continuous improvement programs focusing on clients requirements.
4.Define quality goals for all manufacturing processes.
5.Establish internal audits, analyzing the results of previous action to verify functionality, keeping the clients informed about the results.
6.Monitor quality certifications in order to exceed client's requiements.
Job Requirements
Education Qualification
1)Bachelor`s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Polymer Science or Other Related Flied engineering.
2)Quality Management courses.
Knowledge & Skills
1)Quality Management concept, tools and technique;
2)People Management skill (communication skill, interpersonal skill);
3)Leadership skill;
4)Data management and Presentation skill;
Personal Attributes
1)Intelligent, self-confidence, accountability;
2)Strong leadership and ability to harmony;
3)Self-motivated and the ability to direct energy and achieve assigned mission satisfactorily;
4)Can make progress gradually, result oriented;
Experience
1) 5 years of managerial experience or 8 years in the quality management field;
2) 6 sigma BB preferred;
