全面负责辖区业务销售管理工作，其中包括年度销售目标的规划与执行，专项业务指标的实施和考核，团队管理，辖区内卖场销售份额占比的达标。市场价格的管控执行，终端形象的维护提升从而达成辖区业务工作年度的销售目标。
1、带领区域内促销人员，经销商达成公司下达的各项指标任务；
2、带领区域内促销人员、经销商提升品牌销售占比和排名；
3、有效管理促团队及经销商团队；
