Responsibilities:
1. 负责建立健全公司质量管理体系，保证其正常运行。
Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs quality assurance and control programs by implements and monitors procedures, standards and specifications to ensure food safety.
2. 负责管理公司内外部顾客质量审核，负责预防及纠正措施的制定与落实。
Schedule and manage internal, external and customer audits. Leads investigation on all quality related impacts and implements control plans to eliminate reoccurrence of non-conformances.
3. 负责公司内部审核训练与落实。
Educate and prepare employees for a quality audit process.
4. 负责监督检测活动，审查不符检测规格结果。包括检测技术/方法更换，更新，改变。确定适当的技术，适合的应用，建议和实施。
Supervision of all analytical activities in Quality area; includes OOS investigations, problem-solving, method transfers, method validations. New technology development; includes identification of appropriate technologies, research of applications, recommendation, justification, and implementation.
5. 负责实验室信息管理系统（LIMS），LIMS管理员替代，品管检测方法，计算程式文档。
Supervision of Quality LIMS system; includes backup services for LIMS administrator, maintenance of QCS’s, test methods, and calculations.
6. 负责持续改进品质与服务素质。
Continuous improvement of goods and services
7. 负责处理客户调查问卷及客户投诉处理及对客户提供与质量相关的技术支持。
Leads and manages the Customer Complaint Process in a timely manner with effective root cause analysis. Responsible for investigating “product quality” complaints. Provide quality- related technical support to customers. Support PureCircle plants on quality-related issue. Handle customer enquiries and questionnaire.
8. 负责公司生产现场活动的质量管理，达成公司既定质量目标。
Responsible for real time in-process testing for manufacturing forward processing.
Ensures manufacturing compliance with established customer and/or technical requirements.
9. 负责公司原辅料、半成品、成品的检测，质量评价及验收与放行。
Manage raw material, in process or finished goods inspection and quality control. Ensure all product compliance with quality standards.
10. 负责公司原辅料、半成品、成品的供应商分包商审计，符合食品安全规格。
Assess and audit raw material, packaging material suppliers and subcontractors for compliance of Food Safety regulations.
11. 负责质检实验室的管理及对所属职能部门下属员工的督导及培训。
Responsible for lab operations and personnel management. Experience in managing team with supervisory skills with desire to train laboratory personnel in basic and complex laboratory techniques and to mentor staff for personal growth and development.
12. 负责检验设备的验证校准，与第三方实验室进行比对测试。
Manage Quality equipment maintenance program with an effective PM program. Site analytical expert, collaborates with third party Quality team or and cross-functional teams on test validation and comparison.
13. 负责部门的年度预算编制及执行。
Manages lab expenses to meet budget. Works within approved budget; develops and implements cost saving measures; contributes to profits and revenue.
14. 负责部门年度培训计划的编制及执行。
Conducts training, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary action (if required).
Establishes development plans for QC Technicians.
15. 负责部门下属员工月度及年度绩效考核.
Evaluate staff performance (monthly and annually) and prepare/perform reviews.
16. 负责建立部门员工的梯队发展计划。
Establish staff career paths and career ladders within the organization.
17. 负责部门每周及月度报告。
Prepare weekly，monthly QA & Compliance report。
18. 负责部门数据采集与趋势分析
Establish data collection and statistical data to predict trends that will effect improvement of product quality.
19. 负责部门关键绩效指标
To achieve departmental KPI by frequent measuring & monitoring the targets / objectives.
20. 负责研究公司质量管理体系与建设新法规。
Responsible to study and implement new local, state and federal regulations as outlined by the quality management systems and ensure a company's compliance.
21. 负责试验验证，程序更新，标准操作流程培训
Oversee validation, change control, SOPs, QC training, stability programs and review of trial manufacturing protocols.
22. 负责质量过程验证，建立产品规格，产品测量，记录检测数据，标准操作流程更新
Document control of analytical test methods and validation reports; includes maintaining files and distribution. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

任职要求:
Qualification:
1、 本科及以上学历（硕士学历为佳），食品科学等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Professional Degree or equivalent; preferred Master Degree holder.
2、 在大型食品/保健品/医药行业从事质量管理工作至少有6年以上工作经验。
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management within food, FMCG, health supplements, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3、 英文六级以上，具备听说读写能力，英语口语流利为佳。
Minimum College English Test-6 (CET-6), able to read and write in English.
Excellent oral English communication skills to be added advantage.
4、 熟悉并能推行HALAL, KOSHER, ISO/FSSC22000等质量管理体系。
Proficient and able to implement HALAL, KOSHER, ISO/ FSSC 22000 Quality Management System.
5、 具有工厂现场质量控制管理能力及经验。
Excellent factory manufacturing management and facilitation skills.
6、 熟悉各种分析仪器，如HPLC, GC, LC-MS等，有使用经验及实验室管理经验者为佳。
Proficiency in test equipment e.g. HPLC, GC, LC-MS, demonstrate experience in handling of lab equipment.
7、 具备良好的组织管理能力及协调沟通能力以及与客户交流沟通能力。
Must be able to lead, manage, and develop the team, dealing with 3rd party test Lab and inspection agency and good at customer relationship management.
