岗位职责：
1、根据办事处年度目标、战略规划和经营策略，参与制订办事处年度人力资源规划并落实实施；
2、负责组织起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程；
3、负责办事处人员招聘管理，员工入离职办理；
4、负责办事处绩效考核方案的制定及执行监督；
5、根据行业和公司发展状况，协助办事处制定薪酬方案并负责实施；
6、推动办事处企业文化宣传及落地工作；
7、负责办事处社保公积金缴纳核销及福利发放等。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、3年以上相关工作经验，2年以上人力资源主管工作经验，能熟练操作1-2个专业模块；
3、具有丰富的团队管理经验；
