职位描述：
量贩KTV前台岗位职责：
1、及时、准确接听/转接电话，记录留言并及时转达；
2、接待来访客人并及时准确通知被访人员；
3、收发公司邮件、报刊、传真和物品，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；
4、负责快件收发、机票及火车票的准确预定；
5、负责前台区域的环境维护，灯光的管控；
6、负责客人包间的预订、包间开台、接待；
7、完成上级主管交办的其它工作；
任职资格：
1、男女不限，形象好，气质佳，年龄18—30岁；
2、中专/高中及以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
3、较强的服务意识，具备一定的电脑操作；
4、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、普通话准确流利；
6、具备一定礼仪知识。
工作时间：早早班：09:00--18:00 ；早班：12:00--21:00 ；中班：15:30--00:30；晚班：19：30-04：30

Responsibilities:
1. Timely and accurate answer/transfer calls, record messages and timely convey;
2. Receive visitors and promptly notify the visiting personnel;
3. Send and receive corporate mail, newspapers, fax and articles, and do the registration and transfer;
4. Responsible for the accurate booking of express mail, air tickets and train tickets;
5. Responsible for the environment maintenance and lighting control of the front desk area;
6. Responsible for booking, opening and reception of guest rooms;
7. Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Qualifications:
1. *** and *** not limited, good image, good temperament, age 18 -- 30 years old;
2. Secondary school/high school or above, relevant working experience is preferred;
3. Strong sense of service and computer operation;
4. Have good coordination ability, communication ability, responsibility, lively and cheerful, have affinity;
5. Fluent in mandarin;
6. Have some knowledge of etiquette.
Working hours: early shift: 09:00 -- 18:00; Morning shift: 12:00 -- 21:00; Middle class: 15:30 -- 00:30; Night shift: 19:30-04:30
