职位描述：
Job Description
1. Responsible for product design, technical assesment, design verification and debugging of PON OLT optical module. Also for design-related documents output and management.
    - Follow up product Life cycle process and product maintain
    - OSA spec allocation and TRX manufactuability analysis
    - Detailed circuit design, including IC selection and schematic drawing.
    - Work with EDA team on PCB layout
    - Write firmware requirement and working with software team on FW debug.
    - Work with mechanical team on structure design and evaluation.
2. Lead and work together with software team on ATE software requirement, algrothim, flow chart review and ATE deploy in production line
3. Product pilot run& failure analysis
4. Work with PE on manufacturing process design& optimization.
5. Responsible for yield improving.
6. Technical Support cross team and internal/external customer.
Job Requirement
1. Be familiar with PON OLT burst circuit design including technologies, theories and standards of optical transceiver, have design test and verification independently.
2. Good responsivity and execution ability with independent skill on product line and customer issue support
3. Match and strict comply with company and product design process
4. Be good at PON burst circuit design, test and debug. More than 3 years relevant experience.
5. Be familiar with PON test system and instruments.
6. Knowledge on PON system and have relevant experience is a plus.
7. Be familiar with manufacturing process and have experience on volume run technical support is better.
8. Master degree or above. Good English skill in writing and reading.
