职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责主流社交媒体facebook、Twitter、instagram，pinterest，youtube等全网络环境的运营与用户关系维护工作；
2.SNS营销活动策划，并进行有效的实施，监控后期数据，优化广告效果，进一步优化后期营销方案等；
3.根据公司的产品特征，开拓新的社会化营销渠道，并研究实施，进而产生销量；
4.负责SNS渠道市场调研及深入挖掘开拓新的推广方式；
5.通过粉丝互动及时反馈合理化改进建议，完善SNS营销工作。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，英语六级或以上，优秀的外语听说读写能力，无障碍沟通；
2.熟悉外文各大互动性SNS社区网站，1年以上国外社交网站营销经验（如facebook.twitter等）；
3.熟悉网络社区语言，能通过互联网实现与英语系国家的用户有效沟通和互动交流，善于把握舆论导向，引领消费；
4.有创意，能主动提出各种推广策划方案，能接受挑战并承受一定工作压力；
5.敏锐的数据分析能力，逻辑思维能力强。 举报 分享

福利待遇：
一、培训：公司定期组织员工进行入职培训、在职培训、企业文化、岗位技能、管理知识、礼仪礼节等各方面的内部培训以及多媒体课程和网络课程学习。表现优秀的员工将有机会被选拔进入“东西商学院”成为公司重点培养的骨干人才。
二、薪资：通过绩效奖金、提成奖金来提供同行业同岗位具有竞争力的薪资待遇。
三、福利（约29项，正在追加中~）：
1、上班时间：7.5小时/天，下午15:00-15:15为员工休息时间；
2、法定福利：公司为员工办理五险一金，并为经常外出办事的员工办理商业保险；
