Statement of Work (Job Scope)

1. Identify product CTQ, mapping out quality control plans

2. Drive MSA, correlation for in-line, off-line measurement set ups

3. Joint work with TPM on PMP, line audit for per PMP

4. Yield, failures, FACA data validation, drive reporting quality

5. Drive Rel. test, customer return, in line top hitter FACA

SQE deliverables

1. IQC, OQC, IPQC plans, PMP

2. Daily yield bridge, top hitter FACA, line audit findings via MIL

3. Measurements qualification status/summary

4. Critical issue issue FACA

5. IQC/OQC correlation status/summary

Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong problem solving and communication skills are required for this position.
2. Ability to interact well with others and create a positive teamwork environment required.
3. Strong computer skills in MS Office.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:
1. Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Engineering or Quality area.

2. Minimum 5 years supplier quality management experience

3. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required 举报 分享
