Customer Services Assistant (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

- Handle all operational duties and matters with regards to airline operations

- Perform pre-flight duties and other preparation work

- Assist and manage the customer check-in/boarding processes, aircraft transit service and liaison with authorities and other service partners to ensure and minimize delay to flight operations

- Handle and diligently follow through all baggage matters

- Proactively perform support for cargo servicing work

- Endeavor to provide best customer service by handling customers’ queries and feedback

- Handle any other duties or projects as per assigned by the station manager

Requirements:

- A recognized Bachelor Degree/Diploma

- Working experience in related industry is an advantage

- Good and fluent English (written and verbal); Minimum CET 6

- Experience in the airline industry is not compulsory but preferred

- Highly self-motivated, disciplined and able to perform under pressure and multi-task

- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels of customers, partners and vendors

- Good team player and yet able to work independently under minimal supervision

- Good working attitude

- Essential to be able to work on shift duties (irregular hours), weekends & public holidays
