RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Test/QA project management in challenging customer projects;
2. Leading a team of testing professionals
3. Participating to actual project work, like
§ Analysing and reporting the bugs founded in SW;
§ Tracking bug status and supporting to fix bugs;
§ Designing test cases if needed
4. Supervising multiple projects and supporting test managers / project managers (for Senior PM position)



Technical Skill Requires:
1. Bachelor at least and major in telecommunication or computer related;
2. More than 3 years of SW testing experience
3. More than 2 years of Test management or Project management experience
4. Familiar with SW engineering and test processes;
5. Good logical thinking and troubleshooting;
6. Initiative, independent and good communication skills;
7. Excellent (close to native) English skills on both Oral and Written.
8. Experience in working with International clients
