广告系统架构方向-高级研发经理/架构师(全球知名互联网巨头聘)
岗位描述 ：
- 进行互联网平台的广告架构相关性优化设计及策略研发；
- 建立和完善系统的指标和监控体系，随时发现流量，转化率等趋势变化，并制定针对性的策略和进行技术实现；
- 把握对未来互联网广告系统发展方向，带领团队开发新的软件工具，帮助提高广告销售、管理及投放过程中的效率；
- 不断优化系统性能和架构，通过分布式、服务化等手段提高系统的性能、可用性，可靠性和可扩展性；
- 承担后台技术团队成员招聘，以及设计、开发、运营等能力培养；
- 做好项目和技术干系人沟通管理，进行团队的业绩考核和人员激励。
岗位要求：
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，具有三年以上大型网站广告系统（DSP/SSP/DMP/AD Exchange）开发经验；
- 有三年以上的大型Web应用开发和架构经验，熟悉主流Web应用相关的框架，对至少两个主流框架有深入理解；
- 有分布式文件系统、分布式数据库系统、集群存储系统等总体架构设计经验，曾设计过实际运营上线的云存储系统架构者优先；
- 熟悉MySQL数据库应用，具有相关应用开发经验及数据库规划能力；
- 熟悉了解国内外相关网络广告管理系统和产品。
