The Plant Maintenance Manager is required to have a very specific knowledge of Air Liquide Plant Design rules, Safety standards and Operation experience. He/She is highly skilled individual that work closely with the Plant Operation Director, Operation and Technical personal. The primary focus of this position is to supervise the maintenance process and activities to ensure the overall plant production is supported with properly operating equipment that is maintained in a cost effective manner.

Responsibility:
1．Responsible for a good safety, health and environment of maintenance work

？ Implement IMS and HSE on site, keep all of the related procedures and SOPs complying with IMS and ISO requirements

？ Make sure the safety of staff and equipment during working, responsible for safety inspection on site

Requirement:
1. Over 10-year maintenance and project experience in chemical or petrochemical plant, with at least 5-years plant maintenance management role

2. Extensive experience and background relating to Chemical/Petrochemical Plant Construction and Maintenance (building and equipments)
