职位描述:
1.建立完善公司财务工作流程和规章制度.
2.负责财务、费用核算和成本核算以及经营报表生成；
3.负责财务内部审批工作和日常财务管理, 严控费用报销流程实施并监督检查。
4.参与应收帐款统计、资金回笼控制和采购文件审查等活动，并对采购实施合格供方的财务控制；
5.参与合同审核、监督公司经济合同管理。
6.负责资产经营，成本预测，提高资金利用率以达到资金平衡和调度度；
7.组织人员合理分工，编制与维护产品成本，定期出具成本报表，对成本实施过程控制；
8.在规定时间出具相关经营报表，并检查异常指标，保证正确无误；
9.组织人员指导和训练下属员工，对直接下属员工的重要工作进行监督,为财务部和直接管理员工制定目标，分配任务，评估绩效。

岗位要求:
1、大专以上 ,三年以上财务管理经验,有工业会计主管，熟悉生产制造型企业经验者优先.
2、三年以上生产型企业总账工作经验，具备全面的财务理论知识和实际操作能力，熟悉制造业成本核算流程和ERP系统；
3、精通会计、审计、税务、财务管理,会计电算化相关法律法规.
4、有成本独立核算能力，熟悉对成本费用的预测、计划、控制、核算分析与考核以及对公司经营活动的分析
5、熟悉财务计划、财务成本分析,财务预算,成本核算。有较强的合同评审能力，能独立进行经济活动分析，出具分析报告，供决策分析数据。
