职位描述：
1.全面负责生产、技术、质量、生产统计、现场管理、安全生产管理工作，确保生产的正常运行。
2.负责对生产进度的安排和生产过程的监控，对生产中出现的问题应及时采取措施予以解决，对问题隐患应及时采取预防措施。
3.组织员工学习交流、科技研讨、进行技术改造，不断提高和改进产品质量.
4.加强班组建设，搞好员工的专业技术培训。
5.参与公司生产、经营、技改等重大经济活动的研讨。

岗位要求：
1.五年以上工厂生产管理工作经验。
2.身体健康,责任心强，吃苦耐劳、敬业。
3.全面的组织、指挥、协调能力。能独立解决生产中存在的重大质量、安全问题的指挥能力
4.一定的书写能力及较强的语言表达能力。
5.具备工艺品生产、质量安全把控等基本知识和技能。
6.能最有效的组织生产人员按时按质完成公司下达的生产任务。
7.有较强的安全管理意识，确保安全生产顺利进行。
