Job Title : Cargo Officer
Location : Fuzhou Changle Airport
Job Description
Pre-flight and post-flight system updates and alert messages
Inbound/Outbound cargo and mail tracing
Supervision of cargo warehouse build-up/breakdown process
Supervision of cargo loading/unloading at ramp side
ULD inventory monitoring and update
Plan and control of cargo space according to sales team’s request
Monitor GHA operation standards and performance
Handle enquiries from agents
Handle irregularities, including missing/damaged/return cargo
Required to work on shift duty / roster
Required to work on different environment, airport, warehouse, ramp, etc
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Training & Experience Required
University degree, Logistics or related disciplines preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, CET 6 or above
Working experience in cargo-related business is preferred
Can work independently and under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility
