1. RESPONSIBILITIES

Focus on Finance / Stack / Banks related areas Test/QA:
1). QA Project management to ensure quality delivery to time and agreed cost
a) Key contact to customer and the project owner
b) Design test plan and design / review test cases, test management and reports review, etc
c) Coach team for test efficiency improvement
d) Manage project test risks and issues, escalating appropriately where necessary.
e) Identify and address any gaps across all areas of testing within assigned project(s).

2). Design test proposal and work together with sales team to bide new business
a) Understand the business requirements.
b) Contribute to the creation of a business test proposal and presenting the proposal to win business
c) Consolidate delivery team for ramp-up the new project after win the business and, assist and follow up transition from pre-sales to delivery during ramp-up
3). Deliver to tight time scales and work under own initiative.
4). Contribute and facilitate in project/testing workshops.


2. QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skill Requires:
1. Good business knowledge and understanding of financial products and services, a particular advantage if it is from Banking or Stack industry.
2. Previous experience in Financial Test Management.
3. Previous experience in Project Management.
4. Proven track record of building test strategies and test delivery of complex projects involving multiple applications and platforms.
5. Proven experience of defining test requirements for environment and data provisioning and assuring their quality delivery.
6. Knowledge in Financial non-functional test and knowledge in test, for example, load test, security test and test automation, experience in one of Java/C++/JS language is considered as an advantage
7. Fluent level of English in spoken and written form
8. Excellent analytical skills and care to detail
9. Outstanding organizational skills.
10. Excellent communication skills and willingness to network with project team members in Business and IT Independent way of working.
11. Willingness to take initiative and deal with challenging situations.
