岗位职责：
1.负责收集客户员工办理录用、社保、退工等相关材料；
2.负责办理社保和公积金申报、缴纳并将信息及时准确录入系统；
3.负责各类人事证件办理所需的资料收集；
4.负责答复员工或客户当地接口人对以上服务的咨询；
5.根据公司的要求进行上门拜访客户；
6.完成上级布置的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.2年以上相关人事服务工作，有人事外包相关经验者优先；
2.熟悉各类劳动人事政策、法规；
3.工作细致、积极主动，具备较强的沟通能力及服务意识；
4.能够独立完成工作及承受与化解一定的工作压力；
5.熟悉企业用工、社保、公积金等人事工作流程。
