2.负责电话的接听及转接。
3.负责员工档案资料的更新、收集、归档。
4.负责办公用品的领用、收发、盘点等工作，建立所有办公用品的采购明细帐和部门领用明细帐，控制其办公用品的成本费用。
5.负责传真资料的收发工作，并做好登记工作。

任职要求：
一年以上工作经验。
2.具备良好的沟通能力，亲和力佳。
3.能够熟练操作办公软件，打字速度快。
