职位描述
Job Description:
? Work with CPFilms staff and local distributors and dealers to achieve annual revenue targets and dealer targets for the region assigned.
? Market research & creating brand awareness of glass treatment film products.
? Improve market understanding/awareness of film products and to support business development strategy for new potential markets and geographic areas
? Develop and implement sales/marketing plan/strategy in architecture market
? Set up distributor/sub-distributor/dealer network in appointed areas in architecture industries;
? Introduce new products to regional distributors and dealers
? Provide sales training to regional distributors and dealers
? Management and supportive role to distributor/sub-distributor/dealer.
? Supportive and follow-up role in key projects/customer negotiation in architecture market.
? Self-motivating and be able to work independently as well as a team;
Qualification Required:
? Bachelor Degree
? At least 5 years experience in developing, servicing and managing distributor and dealer network with a strong marketing background
? At least 2 years of selling experience to big architecture projects is preferred
? Good oral & written English
? Willingness to travel
? Experience in glass/building material/retail industries preferred
? Computer literacy - Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
