职位描述
工作职责：
1. 在总部IT政策的指引下，维护本地IT管理方向与总部政策保持一致；
2. 协调内外部资源，配合IT经理进行IT合规审计；
3. 优化IT环境与流程，满足公司信息安全合规的需要；
4. 定期开展IT流程优化更新工作；
5. 出具IT绩效分析报告，并持续优化IT绩效指标；
6. 负责部分应用系统的维护与支持工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业或机电工程专业，能够将英语作为工作语言
2、IT流程管理工作相关背景
3、具备较强的流程设计能力，能够运用流程成熟度模型分析现有流程，并优化流程；
4、熟悉ITIL、COBIT相关IT流程与内控的管理理论。
5、具备IT流程分析与改进的能力；
6、良好的服务意识和创新观念、沟通协调能力；
