主要职责：
协助按揭业务经理，按照银行的贷款政策，发展按揭业务合作渠道，积极开拓客源；
提交市场调查报告和业内讯息，为改善工作流程给出合理建议；
协调并解决内地分行同事和外部渠道在按揭合作中的问题和要求；
收集内地按揭相关报告和数据，并执行相关调查。

应聘条件：
大学本科或以上学历；
一至三年银行从业经历，至少一年按揭业务经验；
熟悉内地房产市场和按揭业务流程；
有较强的责任感，敏感度，和分析能力；
熟悉中英文处理及其它电脑技能；
良好的英文口语、写作能力。

Job Responsibilities:
To assist Manager to develop cooperation channels of mortgage business in accordance to the Bank’s lending policies and guidelines.
To submit market research report and information of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of work procedures.
To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements.
To compile Mainland mortgage related reports and statistics, and conduct primary analysis.

Requirements:
Diploma graduate or above.
1-3 years’ banking experience, with one year’s exposure to mortgage business.
Knowledge of Mainland property market and mortgage operations.
Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong analytical skills on property market.
Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and major PC software applications.
Good command of written and spoken English.
