工作职责：

  

1. 合理安排生产计划，做好本车间的工作分配，带领车间完成产量目标。

2. 识别并消除浪费，控制车间成本。

3. 负责日常生产计划落实、跟踪、协调，快速高效解决生产中出现的各类问题，包括纪律、5S、质量、设备等。

4. 懂零缺陷管理要点，能协助质量、技术等部门，改善生产工艺，建立相关标准，努力提升生产效率。

        

5.传递公司核心价值观，在内部营造注重行动、贡献、成果的团队氛围。

  

任职要求：

  

1. 5年以上纺织生产制造企业管理经验，纺织相关专业毕业优先考虑。

  

2.熟悉纱线、纺织、印染等服装或服装辅料加工工艺、生产标准、技术特点、生产流程；

  

3. 具备较强的计划能力、成本控制能力、问题解决能力、组织培训能力和学习能力。
