The CM accountant is responsible for handling all cash management transactions in China Holding company, branches and Upstream E&P legal entities; to ensure all payments are processed precise according to the payment term and in compliance with the requirements from bank and SAFE. The CM accountant supports Accounting Manager on managing the fund allocation within CHC HQ and its branches by preparing cash forecast report.

1. Process payment via e-banking and bank forms per internal procedure and external regulation. Meet business requirement to handle the urgent payment.

2.  Handle Forex application to meet SAFE requirement.

3.  Make journal entry and reconciliation for cash and banking related.

4.  Monitor company cash flow to support business running.

5.  Monitor bank accounts management like change mandators, set up new bank account etc.

6.  Keep all vouchers filed.

7. Prepare various reports, cash balance report, reject payment report etc.

8. Communicate with bank and SAFE for daily working and to ensure regulation/policy compliance

Assist Accounting manager on project implementation if required.

Qualification:

1. Knowledge on accounting principle and system operation, to translate activities and facts into accounting entries properly.

2 .Knowledge on group report and statutory report, to evaluate internal and external impact of numbers as reported.

3.Cooperation with various stakeholders (business teams, function teams, GBS, auditors, tax firm, etc.) to ensure good service level.

 4.   Respect timetables under pressure, self-disciplined.

 5.   Provide insight to the business activities independently, and challenge whereas necessary.
