职位描述
工作职责:
1、对新产品、技术进行可行性分析、调研，制定开发计划,实施产品开发、研制工作；
1、本科及以上，光电子、物理相关专业，具备扎实的理论计算基础，熟练掌握光纤光学理论计算并有相关经验者优先，熟悉光纤通讯原理 ；
2、有光通信器件模块生产、工艺、测试经验，1年以上此方面工作经验
3、
熟练掌握一种以上的数学计算分析软件mathcad, matlab, mathematica, zemax等，或机械设计软件aotucad, solidworks，或者上位机编程软件VC，VB，Labview等，并有相关应用经验（比如毕业设计课题或者参与的项目中使用）
