工作职责：
- 拓展并拜访目标客户，以促进个人理财产品及服务的销售
- 通过电话销售，开发潜在客户
- 参与并推行路演等户外促销活动
- 提供电话银行服务，处理客户咨询

要求：
- 大学专科毕业或以上学历
- 一年以上销售或客户服务经验，具外资银行工作经验及熟悉福州市个人银行资源者获优先考虑
- 具良好客户服务意识，性格外向进取，善于与人沟通，能承受工作压力
- 中英文程度良好，熟悉办公室计算机软件应用


Job Responsibilities:
-Identify and visit target/potential customers for the expansion of the Bank's Personal Financial
Services business
- Make telemarketing calls and conduct outreach sales activities such as road shows to help grow
customer base
-Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries

Requirements:
-College degree or above
-Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or customer service, preferably gained in foreign banks, and a
solid network with retail banking customers in Fuzhou
-Strong customer service orientation, outgoing personality, and good communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to work under pressure
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
