职位描述：
1.负责亚马逊美国站、欧洲站业务的运营及团队管理，合理搭建团队组织架构，分工合作，科学有效的管理亚马逊团队。
2.新品类产品市场调研与协助开发，拟定新产品上架计划，制定营销推广策略并执行。
3. 统计、分析所负责销售产品的销售数据，收集、分析市场情报及竞争对手状况，并适时调整相关策略；
4. 预测并控制交易风险，保持Amazon店铺的好评率与良好的信用度，完善Amazon店铺的各种政策与制度；
5. 根据产品销量与库存情况，制定销售策略及促销计划等；
6. 熟悉Amazon政策和规定，并能运用于店铺日常经营当中；
岗位要求：
1、本科学历，性别不限；
2、英语水平过硬，有熟练的英语能力
3、有亚马逊外贸销售经验者优先；
4、有较强的学习能力及上进心；
