职位描述：
岗位职责:

1) 拓展IKA产品在指定区域的市场；
Expand IKA’s market share in the assigned territories;
2) 促进销售额的增长，完成各阶段的销售任务；
Increase sales volumes and achieve each quarterly target;
3) 制定并执行销售方案, 定期向销售总监汇报工作;
Make and carry out sales plans and report on regular basis to Area Sales Manager;
4)销售合同的跟进;
Follow up contract progress;
5)收集客户需求及市场信息，分析市场状况;
Collect and analyze customer needs and market information;
6) 保持和用户的良好关系
Keep frequent contact with distributors/customers and maintain close relationship with them;
7)积极参与市场计划的制定、参加展览会、市场调查、竞争分析等市场活动;
Be active to join the marketing activities, competition analysis, etc.
8)配合相关同事开展售前和售后工作；
Cooperate with responsible colleagues to support customers before and after-sales;
9) 为用户提供简单的产品技术支持、培训；
Offer basic product operation training, service to customers;
10)寻找新的应用和销售机会并与其他销售分析。
Seek new application and opportunities and share with the team.

任职资格:

1) 化学或相关专业毕业，大专以上学历；
College or above degree in a Chemistry, Bio or related major;
2) 3年以上仪器行业销售经验；
Minimum 3 years sales experience with laboratory products;
3) 丰富的销售、市场推广和沟通技巧(口头、书面)；
Good skills of selling, marketing and communication and deep knowledge on product and application;
4) 自信、能够自我激励、目标导向能力强、信守承诺；
Self-confident, self-motivated, target-oriented and committed;
5) 优秀的独立工作能力；乐于面对挑战，善于解决问题；
Willing and able to work independently; Problem solving abilities and customer focus;
6) 具有创新、“肯做”和团队合作精神。
Creative and show CAN-DO attitude;
7) 流利的普通话和英语。
Fluent Mandarin and/or English.
