Job Summary (Brief overview on scope of job responsibility)

Responsible for the monitoring of overall performance of IAC Global Program Service Delivery department, building up effective client-handling and program handling models to support business strategy and the optimization and evolution of company’s development, working out improvement plan with deployment of necessary resources to foster long-term department development.

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communication lines)

Work with Operation Office, Sales Office, Testing, Technical Service, Key Account Management, Program Service Delivery, Regional &operation line managers, QA, HR, Admin, and Invoicing department.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

Leadership Contribution and Behavior---Department Performance Management:

·To drive the department to deliver the value-creating customer service and program management;

·To facilitate departmental projects or company projects with the appropriate resources so as to support the continuous operational excellence and the sustainable growth of the company;

·Drive the effective improvement to optimize departmental management, the model of client handling and program handling;

·Review and comment on performance reports, monthly client management reports which are provided by subordinates;

·Set up monthly review meetings with supervisors and monitor the relevant follow-up actions;

·Motivate staffs to deliver high levels of Global PSD-IAC

·Monitor and ensure progress towards sales and service goals.

People and Departmental Development

·Review and verify the Skill Requirement for different departmental positions, which is provided by Global PSD-IAC;

·Review the training needs and plan, which are provided by successors and help to engage with appropriate channel or persons to deliver or assist training programs.

·Develop effective and long-term departmental career development path;

·Supervise the allocation of team resources;

·Approve leave application which is applied by staffs of IAC PSD Dept for leaves more than 2 days;

·Confirm the candidates of attrition or new headcount recruitment, whom are recommended by PSD supervisors and HR dept;

·Confirm and take the necessary disciplinary actions against the violation of Employee Book, which is made by the staff of IAC PSD department.

Business Development Support

·Assign appropriate resources to support BD activities as requested by top management or for key IAC programs;

·Attend client meeting or outreach activities as requested by top management or for key IAC program;

·Attend internal management as requested by top management;

·Provide efficient and effective proposal to top management for new service or new business start-up;

·Resolve or provide constructive proposal to resolve client complaint or crisis which may bring the significant negative business impact to the company

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

·Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, MBA preferred

·Over 5 years or above of work experience preferably in the service industry

·Proven capability in managing staff in a hectic fast paced business environment

·Customer focused and quality driven

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

·A team player able to work effectively across different departments, functions and environments
