职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责Amazon意大利语站点帐号管理，产品定价上架，维护和优化listing页面，确保帐号安全；
2.编写产品意大利文描述，收集整理产品相关意大利文资料,完善产品信息；
3.负责Amazon市场调查与分析，收集分析市场状况及竞争对手状况；
4.及时有效的回复客户邮件，为客户提供专业解答及热情服务；
5.处理客户订单，协助采购与物流工作，确保订单的按时完成。
要求：
1.本科学历，精通意大利语；
2.有志于国际电子商务行业，对B2C网店销售有浓厚兴趣和工作热情；
3.了解美消费者购物习性，客服服务意识强；
4.工作主动有热情，勤奋好学，灵活细致，认真耐心；
