1、用英语通过电话、邮件、SKYPE等方式与外教建立良好的联系，深入了解外籍教师的求职期望。
2、审阅外教提交的求职申请和简历，撰写英语邮件，积极主动的开发潜在外教。
3、学习了解各种签证的办理流程，对外教的入境入职准备提供协助和支持。
岗位要求：
1、英语专业本科以上学历，能熟练用英语与外籍人士交流沟通（大四学生优先）。
2、优秀的沟通协调能力和责任心。
3、有强烈的进取心，追求卓越，责任心强，能多角度的思考同一问题，细致耐心。
4、稳定的课余时间，能稳定与外教、内联同事沟通。
