岗位职责：
1、协助各校区制定市场推广和营销计划；
2、负责媒体广告业务的执行；
3、负责同行业广告的数据收集、整理、监测与分析；
4、负责广告文案的策划与执行；完成广告策划提案建议书及相关可行性分析报告。
5、市场团队管理，协助组员进行市场活动宣传

任职要求：
1、市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历；从事市场或销售工作1年以上，对市场动向判断敏锐清晰，有教育行业工作经验者优先；
2、能够独立组织市场开发工作，具有较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力；
3、具有较强的人际交往能力、综合分析能力、沟通能力、执行能力、管理能力；
4、团队意识强烈，善于与人合作，敬业、富有奉献精神。

Background
Learn+ Education was founded upon the philosophy of "Innovative Tutoring and Happy Learning", providing primary and secondary school students with a customized and comprehensive range of after-school tutoring services for all subjects. Our wide range of educational programs and services include 1-on-1 tutoring services, all-day tutoring, evening tutoring and Star Teachers tutoring on the weekend.

Learn+ Education has an outstanding team of teaching-research staff, as well as laying a good foundation for human resources. We have many famous teachers who have retired from key primary and secondary schools in Fuzhou and who have attained high levels of academic achievement and superior experiences regarding exam-oriented teaching. We also have a team of excellent younger teachers who have committed their careers to caring for and teaching students.

Our customized tutoring system, UPC360°, has been used in Learn+ Education to effectively promote students' learning ability, teach students in accordance to their aptitude, and boost both students' academic performance and overall quality at the same time.

Learn+ education is located in Fuzhou in Gulou and Cangshan districts, occupying over 1000m2 of space in total. Our estimated opening time will be in September 2011.
