职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.督导、监察销售的各项计划、销售策略、销售目标及相关政策，指导各国区域市场的执行情况；
2.指导各区域市场销售方案，经营策略方案的执行情况；
3.负责产品形象的建设与维护；
4.督导Amazon、Ebay站内活动的组织与执行；
5.负责销售人员的管理与考核；
6.定期巡查销售情况，及时将销售问题报告上报直接领导；
岗位职责要求：
1.1年以上Amazon、Ebay销售经验；
2.良好的英语读写能力；
3.处理事情思维反应灵敏、对事情有自己判断能力、鉴别能力、能提出自己观点与看法；
