工作职责：
1.完成银行个人理财产品及服务目标，积极拓展业务，发掘客户
2.确保本部门运作顺畅，并严格遵守银行的工作流程、政策及当地的法规。采取一切控制措施以使银行的风险最小化
3.协助合规部门确保银行遵守相应政策法规
4.关注团队成员发展，使团队高绩效运作
职位要求：
1. 财务或管理类专业大学本科以上学历
2. 8年以上个人理财服务管理工作经验，其中至少3年销售团队管理工作经验
