职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
？ Develops SME knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering.
？ Problem solving and process improvement using structured problem solving methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma.
？ Coordinates installation, debugging and initial operation of new equipment and systems.
？ Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives.
？ Manage project resources to achieve project deliverables and timeline
？ Document and track activities, scope changes and lessons learned
？ Provides direction to other technicians and coaches junior engineers
？ Work with research & development teams for new processes and product development and introductions
Education & Experience
？ MS/BS Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry etc.
？ Prefer to have 1-3 years work experience
Required Skills
? Experience with contact angle, adsorption and desorption methods
? Good knowledge of fundamental chemical principles and mechanisms
? Knowledge and practice in surface and interfacial chemistry
? Ability to collaborate on projects with other team members
? Broad manufacturing and engineering experiences in surface and coating technology such as CVD, PVD and spray coating etc.
Desired Skills
？ Experience in working with glass and ceramic
？ Team facilitation skills when leading efforts with colleagues of various disciplines
？ Good oral English and listening ability
？ Exposure to contract manufacturing
？ Knowledge of process control/process discipline, SPC, DOE and Statistics methods 举报 分享
