职位描述：
（一）组织建设
1）根据公司经营战略，制定部门年度工作计划；
2）根据公司的现状和发展要求，组织制定部门有关业务工作开展的各项制度与流程；
3）制定并监控实施本部门工作计划和费用预算，确保部门目标的实现；
4）开展本部门员工的培训、考核，不断提升员工的工作绩效与能力；
5）组织实施本部门团队建设，提高员工凝聚力与执行力，营造良好的工作氛围；
6）根据大区情况拟定财务部内部组织机构及岗位设置。
（二）财务制度落实
1）组织执行总公司财务及内控制度，保障大区经营符合公司各项财务规章制度；
2）协助总公司制定完善大区各项管理流程和制度并组织实施。

（三）财务管控
1）监督大区各项经营活动，确保现金、往来、存货等资产安全。管控大区各项经营合同、资金、货品进销存、零售价格、促销活动等；
2）审批各项费用支出及业务收支，保管财务专用章及控制网上银行的审批权，监控各项银行收支。
（四）会计凭证及预算审核
1）检查审核下属各岗位编制的会计凭证及业务处理；
2）组织大区全面预算的编制及实施差异跟踪。
（五）其他工作
1）全面了解各品牌、各地区经营情况，针对异常进行深入了解分析，提出改进建议，为大区总经理及其他业务负责人提供决策支持，提升大区经营盈利水平；
2）兼管大区资讯数据及仓储物流工作；
3）上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
        1.财务相关专业，取得中级会计师职称优先；
         2.五年以上财务工作经历，有品牌零售类企业工作经验优先考虑；
        3..精通财会专业知识、会计业务流程和财务管理模式及经济法律法规；
        4.掌握OFFICE办公软件和财务软件
