职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Meeting with customers to understand requirements and agree on the objectives.
Conduct chemistry process development activities in the lab, including experiment design, test preparation, ensuring safe operation and sample analysis etc.
Maintain lab equipment and facility to ensure good and safe performance, and 5S implementation.
Responsible for lab chemicals and wastes management and disposal.
Other tasks assigned by the manager

Education & Experience
Doctor or Master degree with 0-1 years’ experience, bachelor degree with 2+ years’ experience in organic synthesis, applied chemistry, chemical process engineering, or related fields
Pilot and industrial plant operating experience a plus
Strong synthesis experience in pharmaceutical, fine and specialty chemicals, CRO, CMO a plus

Required Skills
Independent literature review and patent analysis
Skilled to run various chemistry tests, process optimizations, and complete comprehensive reports
Familiar with experimental designs, most work-ups, and typical analysis (GC, HPLC, TLC)
Good communication skills in Mandarin, reasonable English skills in oral, and written
Good interpersonal, public presentation skills
Ability & willingness to travel

Desired Skills
Some knowledge/experience in plant operation, SHE regulations, cGMP good plus

Soft Skills
Ability to function and thrive in fast growing team environment with an appreciation of aggressive goals
