Key Role:

The Quality inspector is responsible for incoming material check, in-process inspection and finish goods check according to all types of detail blueprints and inspection plan.

Key Accountabilities

Key Measures

• Use inspection tools to check incoming materials, include samples/first article.
• accuracy of inspection result
• Conduct in-process Inspections in a timely manner

in-process quality findings

• Work with shop personnel, shop management and other departments
• Make sure all quality records are being completed and procedures followed
• Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspection during process and VCO

• Be able to use all types of precision measuring tools, micrometers, indicators, dial bore gages, Articulating Arm technology and other equipment.

• Supports localization of part supply from North America to APAC

• Support quality document draft and Kaizen/Lean/5S activities.

Basic Requirements

• Must have 5years plus in quality inspection.
• Knowledge of CAD programs or CMM programming experience is a plus.
• Must have experience in recording Quality reports
• 5 Years plus of Manufacturing Experience, Aerospace, High tolerance equipment assemblies, Printing industry, Non-wovens, Rotary Die cutting, Part tolerances of .0001 - .0005 inch.
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Must have good working knowledge of MSOffice
• Embraces multi-tasking
• Must have a positive," can do" and "can learn" attitude
• Motivated, self-starter- must take on new roles and responsibilities as needed
• Customer focused
• good communication and writing skills
• Local China college 3+ years in Machinery and Automation or equivalent

Local China college 3+ years in Machinery and Automation or equivalent.

Key Experience

Manufacturing Experience: 5 years

Functional/Business skills

good working knowledge of MSOffice

Strong understanding of GD&T

Must be able to read and interpret all types of detail blueprints.

Ability to use all kinds of inspection tool
