What We Offer:

• Coordinate with the contractor in providing support to the manufacturing plant and office locating in Central and North China
• Manage, maintain and monitor the infrasturcutre equipment to ensure they are working properly with minimal impact to local operation
• Assist the project implementaion and user communication in northern and central China plants.
• IT Infrastructure Support

1. Coordinating with on site support contractors, ensure IT equipments are running in good condition.
2. Remote support the incidents about network, server, PBX or other IT managed equipment, ensure the recovery time is within SLA.
3. Update IT infrastructure standard documentation clearly and keep it up to date.
4. Responsible for IT equipment procurement request process
5. Regular review the situation of IT infrastructure and support IT supervisor for budget planning.
6. Data backup of CMO servers

• End User Computer:

1. Provide level 3 support of the incidents assigned by SD.
2. Tecnical support and undertake knowledge transfer to on site support contractors and ensure user incidents and requests are fulfilled within KPI.
3. User escalation follow up and initiative continouse improvement activities

• Project implementation and user training

1. Coorindating with global or country IT team, implement IT owned projects on time in good quality.
2. Cooperate with business users and vendors to fulfill theassigned IT supporting activities in good quality.
3. User training of IT process, tools and policy

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Information Management, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 year working experience in a foreign invested company
• Good English communication skills
