What we offer

• Develop process safety management strategy with improvement on process safety standard, tools, programs, training and work processes in a systematic approach, facilitate the implementation of process safety management (PSM) system in the region. Work with each site to develop and implement a concrete roll out plan for process risk assessment (PRA) for existing processes and site projects. Facilitate the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) program.
• Provide training and hand-on coaching through leading and/or facilitating the process risk assessment (PRA) with site team and project team to build up process safety network and enhance process safety competency for the region.
• Provide process safety consulting support and recommend optimal solutions to the engineering, project, operation and business teams in execution of process safety requirements and to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulation requirement.
• Work closely with peers in SHE (safety, healt and environment) team by providing expertise input on process, engineering and risk assessment methodology like qualitative or quantitative tools, to support development of overall regional SHE (safety, healt and environment) programs. Facilitate or participate the root cause analysis and accident investigation of process safety incidents. Collaborate Sites to promote process safety lessen alert in the region.
• Conduct compliance audit to sites on process safety management, either as a dedicated process safety audit or as joint SHE (safety, healt and environment) management audit with other SHE (safety, healt and environment) professional. Identify the common process safety issue across the sites and development improvement plan.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree with a Chemical Engineering background
• Should have at least eight years of working experience, three years of which is preferred on people management coming from a chemical company
• Should have good English communication skills
• Self-motivated and can manage a difficult workload
